Rob Neil OBE has worked in the Civil Service for the past 37 years in areas such as embedding culture change and employee engagement. A founding member of the MoJ’s BAME Staff network in 2001, he later became the first elected Chair of the Civil Service Race Equality Network (known today as CSRF, the Civil Service Race Forum). 

In the following clips, Rob shares valuable knowledge and insight, from his understanding of D&I and the importance of staff networks, to how to foster connection and belonging in organisations. He also offers advice on how to convert challenge into opportunity in times of crisis.
